Two-year Ifta (Religious Decree) Program in Illinois

This two-year program is designed for those who have obtained a degree in Islamic religious sciences; those who have completed a six-year Ālim course are eligible to get admission in this program. This is a specialization program in Fiqh. Those who complete this program a title of Mufti is conferred upon them and they are entitled to issue Fatwas on social and religious matters of the community.
